Nicaragua

Ignite International was the first to ever take
volleyball and women's basketball
from the United States to the nation of Nicaragua.
Our historic impact in Nicaragua began in 2004 as we took the first volleyball group ever from the United States to Nicaragua. It was followed in 2007 as we assisted Nicaragua's first female athlete in their history to ever receive a scholarship to a university in the USA and again in 2014 as we were the first to take women's basketball group from the United States. Ignite is well-known throughout Nicaragua is a visionary partner for the Nicaragua Volleyball Federation, Nicaragua Olympic Committee, Donna Holland School and numerous values and faith-based NGO and humanitarian efforts..

Our impact is positioned to exponentially increase as we launch Soy Ignite (a.k.a. I Am Ignite), our peer-to-peer mentorship program leveraging the name recognition of nationally prominent athletes, the influence of educators and the core values of Ignite International. You can help us ignite cycles of hope in Nicaragua!
